Goats and guests

So I know everyone is all about the dress and the shrug and the headpiece and the inconceivably beautiful friends. But there was a baby goat at this wedding, A BABY GOAT PEOPLE. Just look at the cuteness...

If I'd been a guest at this wedding there's no way in hell I'd have been dragged away from such adorableness for anything as pedestrian as a wedding.

  2. THERE IS A GOAT IN THIS PICTURE.

    I like goats.

Except the goats I grew up with were nothing like this nice little goat. They were pygmy goats, and they were disgusting. Not unlike NYC teenagers, come to think of it.

  4. I would prefer an army of kittens. Maybe they could be the favours?

  6. It's good, but if you're going to do livestock at a wedding, I don't think you can beat the chartreuse-and-peony-dyed sheep from the wedding scene in Nanny McPhee...

Hope you had a lovely break....did you receive the bird in one piece by the way? I always worry when I post things...

  9. Oh wow. wow. wow. I can't cope with the cuteness! I'm getting married at my parents farm in 6 weeks and this makes me wish they had goats. I just don't know that a baby calf would be as adorable.

  10. BAAAAAAAAAAAAABY GOAT!!!!! I absolutely adore kids, I want some when I am grown up (!) and I have to stroke/pat/snuggle any kids I see... Given I'm not allowed to have my cat as a ring bearer, I'm not sure I'd be allowed a goat!!

It's lovely to have you back, I hope you had a wonderful camping trip.

    xx

  15. Awww. I had a baby goat once, who sadly never got to grow up. He was a Nubian goat and he smelled so good and was so sweet to me. But he didn't like anyone else, and he would butt them with his little baby horns. This picture is so so sweet!
